A bottle blowing machine is an industrial device that processes plastic preforms (or softened plastic pellets) into hollow plastic containers through the blow-molding process, widely used in the production of plastic packaging bottles such as mineral water bottles and beverage bottles.

Core workflow
Preheating: Use an infrared lamp to irradiate the preform, heating and softening the body while specifically cooling the neck to prevent deformation.
Stretch blow molding: Place the softened preform into the mold, first stretch it longitudinally, then sequentially introduce low and high-pressure gas to ensure the preform fully conforms to the mold's inner wall for shaping.
Cooling and Demolding: After maintaining pressure for cooling and setting, open the mold to remove the finished bottle.
Common categories
According to the process, it can be divided into one-step and two-step methods. The two-step method is more widely used, as it is suitable for centralized production of preforms followed by decentralized blow molding.
By structure, they can be divided into extrusion blow molding machines and injection blow molding machines, among which PET blow molding machines are currently the mainstream models in the beverage industry.
