Maintenance knowledge: graded maintenance extends equipment life

Daily maintenance (per shift/per day)

Cleaning work:

Body: Use a soft cloth to wipe away surface dust, oil stains, and plastic debris to prevent them from entering the interior of the machine.

Mold: Clean residual plastic with a copper brush or soft cloth to avoid scratching the surface of the mold; Wipe with alcohol once a week.

Heating furnace: Clean the dust on the surface of the infrared heating tube after power off to prevent poor heat dissipation.

Conveyor belt/guide rail: Use an air gun to blow away debris and avoid affecting the positioning of the preform.

Lubrication maintenance:

Opening and closing mold guide rail: Apply high-temperature resistant grease (such as molybdenum disulfide grease).

Cylinder rod: Spray a small amount of silicon-based lubricant to prevent dry friction.

Chain/gear: Check the lubrication condition and replenish food grade lubricating oil.

Gas path inspection:

Check if there is any air leakage in the trachea and if the drain valve is functioning properly (the air compressor air storage tank drains daily).

Remove moisture from the water vapor separator to prevent it from entering the solenoid valve.

Electrical inspection:

Check if the emergency stop button and sensor are sensitive, and if the circuit is loose.

Clean the dust inside the electrical control cabinet to prevent short circuits or poor heat dissipation.

Regular maintenance (weekly/monthly)

Lubricating oil level inspection: Check the oil level of the main engine reducer and heater reducer every week, and replenish it in a timely manner if it is insufficient.

Lamp replacement: Check if the heating lamp is damaged or broken, and replace it promptly to avoid uneven heating.

Pneumatic component inspection: Check if there is oil in the oil mist device (using ISO Vg32 or equivalent turbine oil), with the oil level not exceeding 3/4 of the total height of the oil cup.

Transmission component inspection: Check whether the belt and chain are loose or worn, whether the gears are missing teeth, and adjust or replace them in a timely manner.

Deep maintenance (six months/year)

Comprehensive maintenance: Disassemble key components (such as seals and bearings), inspect internal wear and corrosion, and replace aging parts.

System performance testing:

No load operation test: Check if all parts of the machine are running normally.

Load running test: Simulate actual production to check whether the bottle forming quality and production efficiency meet the standards.

Waterway cleaning: Use a 5% citric acid solution to circulate and clean the mold cooling waterway to prevent scale blockage.

Locking force calibration: Use a pressure gauge to check whether the locking pressure is uniform, to avoid uneven bottle wall thickness caused by mold displacement.
